About: The study tour Poland is specially designed for the students and any interested participants who would like to explore educational opportunities in Poland. It is also a best program to connect with the friends around the world and educational professionals at the same time. The well organised 7 days program will allows the participants to visit the central and old Warsaw and the educational establishments which offers different programs. It is the best time and event to meet friends from different countries and exploring the Polish education, culture and hospitality.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival, transfer and check in into the pre arranged hotel. Welcome party will be hosted in the evening when all participants have arrived and checked in. welcome part time will be sent/published 1 week before the event.
Day 2: It will be a refreshment and escorted city tour on 2nd day. Participants will visit the iconic and historic places in Warsaw. The list will be published regularly in this space. Please keep checking for the update.
Day 3: Today is the day when our participants finally get a chance to visit an educational establishment in Warsaw. The participants will be able to take a full tour of the pre planned university and directly interact with the university delegate. Participants will get to know about the university, available programs, admission requirements and much more directly from the university representatives. Participants will also get a chance to experience live class during the visit. It will be a full day visit and end the trip by dropping off to the hotel. And, rest is leisure time. Enjoy Warsaw and get prepared for Day 4! 
Day 4: Participants will visit second educational establishment in Warsaw. The participants will be able to take a full tour of the pre planned university and directly interact with the university delegate. Participants will get to know about the university, available programs, admission requirements and much more directly from the university representatives. Participants will also get a chance to experience live class during the visit. It will be a full day visit and end the trip by dropping off to the hotel. And, rest is leisure time. Enjoy Warsaw and get prepared for Day 5! 
Day 5: Today, our participants will visit a university which is located in outskirt of Warsaw. It will be a full of experience travelling on Polish public transportation. The participants will be able to take a full tour of the pre planned university and directly interact with the university delegate. Participants will get to know about the university, available programs, admission requirements and much more directly from the university representatives. Participants will also get a chance to experience live class during the visit. It will be a full day visit and end the trip by dropping off to the hotel. And, rest is leisure time. Enjoy Warsaw and get prepared for Day 6! 
Day 6: After the 3 long days of university visits, it the final day for our participants to enjoy Warsaw in full. Participants will get a tour of Old Town. It is the best time to gather all memories from Poland and buy souvenirs to back home to their loved ones. Day will be ended with group memory photograph and a farewell party. And, a final time to say 'do widzenia' until next time. 
Day 7: Check out & transfer! See you on next event.

How to participate?

To participate on Study Tour Poland, you have to fill up the application from below and make the payment.

How much is the participation fee? Can I pay it later?

The participation fee is EUR 1,999/- and it has to be paid while booking.

What are included in the participation fee?

Participation fee includes accommodation during entire events, transfers within Poland as scheduled trips, and welcome and farewell party. All other expenses not mentioned are responsibility of the participants.

I have a group of friends and we want to book together. How to make a group booking?

Yes, you can do a group booking by entering the number of participants while booking.

Is participation fee refundable?

Participation fee is only refundable in case of visa refusal. Administrative fee and transfer fees are deducted in case of refund.

How long does it take to confirm participation after booking and payment?

As soon as the booking and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation participation on your registered email.

Do we get discount on group bookings?

Unfortunately, there is no discount available at the moment.

I want to cancel my participation. How to do it?

Once registered and payment is made cancellation is not possible unless the visa application is refused. In case of visa refusal please send us the scan of your passport, visa refusal letter and a letter requesting refund. Please make sure that you include the correct banking details in the letter.

I need a visa to participate. Do I get an invitation letter?

Please tick on 'I need visa to participate' option on visa requirement section. You will receive your visa invitation letter as soon as the participation is confirmed. In case if you didn't receive your visa invitation letter, please contact us on info@thewies.com with subject line your name-Visa Invitation Letter-Registration Number/Invoice Number. In this case, you can expect a reply or contact from us with in 12 hours.
